If Safari removes ads, then the content you read will only be by those who are comfortable producing free content, or Google or Apple-approved voices. Suddenly, the rich, diverse nature of information on the Web will shrink, as those who are experts, but also have families to feed, look for other ways to make a living.
— Safari reader doesn’t force you to use it, you only use it based on your discretion. I mean if you’re trying to read something online and you get bombarded with obstructing ads wouldn’t it make sense to have a nice option like Safari reader to clean things up? Put it another way, if you find that people have to use Safari reader on your site, then maybe you should re-evaluate what you’re trying to do with your site.. Perhaps Adobe should focus more on creating great HTML5 tools for the future, and less on criticizing Apple for leaving the past behind.

That the iPhone — or specifically its software touchscreen keyboard — does not appeal to everyone is not a problem. Nothing appeals to everyone. Even if you try to make something that appeals to everyone by adding every single clamored-for feature, you wind up with something like Windows that does not appeal to people with a taste for the elegant and refined.
